Jay adkisson - bad advice- turns clients into IRS
A friend of mine went to a lecture and told me about an outfit who would help me protect my real estate. I went to Adkisson Riser LLP and was sold a LLC package and paid $5000. Later I found out from my friend that he also paid Jay Adkisson some fees and didn't pay him all he wanted. Then he got a nasty tax audit around that time and all involving that LLC from Adkisson Riser. So, I tried to cancell my LLC but never got a call back only voice mail. Now I can't get out of this *** plan. I only wish I knew sooner. Does anyone else have a way to get out of this mess without a tax audit. Please help.

Adkisson & riser LLP cheats clients, stole my money
Jay Adkisson was quick to cash my check for $19000 but I never got anything except a bunch of boilerplate LLC and trust I could get from legalzoom for $300. Then they put my retirement plan money into their irrevocable insurance scam and I cannot get it back. They said its now controlled by their agents and I probably will never see my money again. so much for protecting my asset. Their slick talk lures you in and then they grab your cash and bank account money. The more you complain the more they suck you in. His partner Chris Riser is another scamster for the east coast. Once you give them a fee, they want more money. Then they sell you a some superscam bogus trust for more money. Then another LLC you don't need. Don't get taken for a ride. stay far away from these two ***-artist thieves.

Adkisson Riser
Jay Adkisson is a very well respected attorney who has been an expert witness to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and is the only asset protection planner to have lectured to both the IRS and the DOJ.
These complaints are totally bogus complaints brought by scam artists who don't like what Jay Adkisson has done to fight crime through his Quatloos.com website. That's why these are anonymous complaints.
I had a friend in the trust and estate planning - insurance business and he warned me to stay away from this unproven stuff. Also he has heard that these guys have a notorious reputation for taking advantage of people.
These heavily marketed websites are too slick and made me uncomfortable right away. Just go to your friends and get solid people to work with, not a bunch of hokey complex stuff that will cause you grief.
