Jay adkisson - bad advice- turns clients into IRS

A friend of mine went to a lecture and told me about an outfit who would help me protect my real estate. I went to Adkisson Riser LLP and was sold a LLC package and paid $5000. Later I found out from my friend that he also paid Jay Adkisson some fees and didn't pay him all he wanted. Then he got a nasty tax audit around that time and all involving that LLC from Adkisson Riser. So, I tried to cancell my LLC but never got a call back only voice mail. Now I can't get out of this *** plan. I only wish I knew sooner. Does anyone else have a way to get out of this mess without a tax audit. Please help.

Jay Adkisson is a very well respected attorney who has been an expert witness to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and is the only asset protection planner to have lectured to both the IRS and the DOJ.

These complaints are totally bogus complaints brought by scam artists who don't like what Jay Adkisson has done to fight crime through his Quatloos.com website. That's why these are anonymous complaints.

I had a friend in the trust and estate planning - insurance business and he warned me to stay away from this unproven stuff. Also he has heard that these guys have a notorious reputation for taking advantage of people.

These heavily marketed websites are too slick and made me uncomfortable right away. Just go to your friends and get solid people to work with, not a bunch of hokey complex stuff that will cause you grief.

Adkisson & riser LLP cheats clients, stole my money

Jay Adkisson was quick to cash my check for $19000 but I never got anything except a bunch of boilerplate LLC and trust I could get from legalzoom for $300. Then they put my retirement plan money into their irrevocable insurance scam and I cannot get it back. They said its now controlled by their agents and I probably will never see my money again. so much for protecting my asset. Their slick talk lures you in and then they grab your cash and bank account money. The more you complain the more they suck you in. His partner Chris Riser is another scamster for the east coast. Once you give them a fee, they want more money. Then they sell you a some superscam bogus trust for more money. Then another LLC you don't need. Don't get taken for a ride. stay far away from these two ***-artist thieves.

you and many others would be better off using legal-zoom.com for your paperwork and then have a local attorney review it for a small fee. Also, alot of cpa's and financial planners put this stuff together for less. Why spend these mega-bucks, I truly feel sorry for you.

It's really sad that so many people get taken advantage of. with so many websites promoting all kinds of financial stuff, its easy to get conned by these smooth talking so called experts.

I'm from a small town and only go to people recomended by my friends. I noticed these on-line gurus operate under about 50 different web addresses.

That alone should be a wake-up call. I tried to phone them and never got a live person to talk to.

This is not a legitimate complaint. Jay Adkisson is a well-known and highly reputable attorney who is best known as the founder of Quatloos.com which was one of the first scam-fighting websites.

No doubt some scam artists who was exposed on Quatloos is just trying to get revenge. If a real client had a complaint they would make it to the State Bar of California which would take action, and not anonymously here.

He is right. I have scammed people and I have fixed cases in court when I was an attorney.

I even bribed a judge $35,000 to rule in my favor. He took the money.

That Judge was John Roberts who is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. It was the Obamacare ruling.

I just can't keep my story straight. I didn't lie as an attorney but I'm just a lunatic who can't keep story straight.
